SOUAX (HK) LIMITED Warranty Assurance

At Souax, we proudly back our timepieces with a comprehensive 24-month warranty, available exclusively for purchases made on our website. The warranty is activated only when accompanied by a properly filled and dated certificate.

What's Covered:

Within this period, any defects in the movement, hands, or dial of the watch will be rectified at no extra cost, provided they are a result of flawed craftsmanship or materials under regular use.

Replacement Policy:

If your watch is deemed irreparable, we will arrange for a substitute timepiece of similar value. The new replacement comes with a fresh 24-month warranty, commencing from the date of issuance.

Additional Charges:

Please be aware that a return shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all warranty-related services.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty specifically does not cover:

  • Battery, casing, glass, straps, buckle, or bracelet
  • Damage from mishandling, carelessness, accidents, or daily wear and tear
  • Water damage unless explicitly specified as water-resistant
  • Any repairs by unauthorized third parties
  • Instances of loss, theft, physical damage, or natural disasters

Should you face an issue not included in our warranty coverage, or if your warranty has lapsed, repair services may be offered at a nominal fee. This fee will also cover return shipping and handling costs.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Initial Contact: Reach out to our Customer Service team for preliminary instructions and repair evaluation.
  2. Authorization: Obtain approval from Customer Service before shipping your watch for repair.
  3. Estimates: We'll inform you if your watch falls within the warranty coverage and provide an estimated repair cost for cases outside the warranty.

Repair Ticket Number:

For streamlined communication and tracking, all claims are assigned a unique Repair Ticket Number by our Customer Service team. This must be attached to any correspondence regarding the repair.

Note: Warranty claims without an associated Repair Ticket Number will be deemed invalid and returned at the owner's expense.
